As an Ulla Model, you will first enter a personal and bespoke Development phase before we launch your modelling career. You will be looked after properly, with well-considered steps that are taken in consultation with you - like a family.

Further along in your career, if you have the ambition and the potential to work abroad, you will be placed with international agencies. Ulla Models will still be your mother agency, and will mainly focus on London, Milan, Paris, and New York for your placements.
